This modern and peaceful hotel is situated in a convenient location close to the central station and major tourist attractions, making it great for exploring on foot.

It's modern and absolutely perfect with good size bathrooms. There is a plenty of supplies like : a storage and a safe box. I really enjoyed the staff, they are accommodating and affable.

Limited breakfast, it should be better.

The location here is wonderful, just a short distance from a bus stop, and the restaurant is fantastic and not too far away either.

The place was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful.

All the staff was really friendly and polite. Breakfast was also good with decent choices. Free Wi-Fi in lobby area, although signal quality is a bit bad at the rooms. Small but decent TV in the room. (My room had a good view of the hills & the railway station). I heard the restaurant is good, although I didnt have time to try there.

I had chosen the hotel assuming that it is closer to the city centre once I get off the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (Main Railway Station), on the contrary it was on the opposite side of the city centre about 1km / 15mins walk. So to go to the City Centre/ Zentrum I had to go past the railway station. So location wasnt as good as I thought. Nevertheless, the city is quite small and there is a but stop about 200m from the hotel. If it matters to some people out there, there are no lifts.

Convenient location close to the train station, which was super handy for us. 🚉 the hotel had everything we needed, and we would definitely come back for another stay.

I would not call it a hotel and of course not a 3 start !! , seems more a pension . The bathroom had some hair on the floor when we arrived. The water running change the temperature and if you had mild in a sec was cold or too hot ( almost burnt my baby skin !!) The hotel is not close to the station , walking is not easy to find .. is at least 10-15 minutes and if you are carring with the suitcases is worst . If you catch the 23 bus from the station could be ok 5 min . The area is not nice . The hotel has a big dog walking along the stairs and the corridor , and is not tied.The installations are old .. briefing .. is not a hotel ! and for what they offer the price is expensive .

The room was nicely refurbished with an open bathroom, and the view was beautiful, I'd give it more than 3 stars for everything being excellent.

The venue exceeded high expectations. the unit we got was comfortable and fantastic with the bedroom, hairdryer, for example. the staff were lovely at this place. the location was great and excellent, walking distance from the train station.

Great hospitality and atmosphere, comfortable clean rooms, delicious food, easy to reserve a room, quick check-in and check-out and nice powerful, hot showers. Ten minute walk to the Salzburg Railway Station and to the bus going to airport. Easy walk into city for sight-seeing. I was so happy with the accomodation that I stayed another night.

everything was great, modern hotel, the location was favourable close to the central station and the main turistic points, and the center. the staff were welcoming and pleasant day and night. appreciated the location to the railway tracks.

The Gasthof was selected for the location, close to the city center and the train station. After I arrived I found their dining room was Michelin recommended. Outstanding food and service. A real sleeper.Would go back with out question!!
